Izotsha Primary enjoys a busy week

Izotsha pupils (from left) Nandi Mnandu, Bruce Bormann, Courtney Chiborise and Byron Winrow were awarded at the recent KZN Coastal Hockey capping ceremony.

Izotsha Primary’s senior hockey boys took part in a hockey tournament at Southcity Christian School last Saturday and emerged overall winners.

The gr 3 drama club hosted a drama evening and thoroughly enjoyed presenting a play about ‘Mother Goose’ and her many nursery rhyme characters.

The entire school took part in a World Cup Soccer Tournament, where different countries were represented in a number of different fixtures. An enjoyable, fun-filled morning was had by all.

‘Talking Drums’ visited the school and pupils had fun at this most interesting drumming workshop.

Byron Winrow, Bruce Bormann, Nandi Mnandu and Courtney Chiborise attended the KZN Coastals Hockey capping ceremony and were awarded their kit for being selected for respective teams. The school is extremely proud of their achievements.
