Marlin house wins PSSP gala

Port Shepstone Senior Primary’s principal ‘PK’ Appalraju presents the winning trophy to Marlin house captains Siwaphiwe Jeke (left) and Braidy Meth.

Port Shepstone Senior Primary’s interhouse swimming gala took place last Thursday afternoon and Marlin House was crowned champion. The event was well supported by parents. Well done to junior victor and victrix Shayden Gouveia and Aruhi Mohansha, as well as senior victor and victrix Dieter Höll and Amber Vorster. They all received special awards.

Volleyball teams did the school extremely proud at the knock-out tournament held at the Marburg Sports Complex last Saturday.

Both the boys’ and girls’ teams put on a strong performance, with both teams narrowly losing their matches. Teams are commended on excellent effort and sportsmanship.

Final assessments of the term get under way next Monday (12th). Parents are encouraged to support their children with home study programmes.
