According to a report on our sister Caxton website, Southlands Sun, it’s a new synthetic drug which is said to be a potent mixture  of heroin and crack, or heroin and methamphetamines.

This drug and the zombie-like effects it apparently produces in users have been making headlines since 2014 when videos started going viral with people high on flakka throwing themselves at vehicles, walls or their bodies twisted in odd ways and the scariest of all – biting.
