Park Rynie house ransacked by intruders

Scottburgh SAPS registered a case of housebreaking and theft for investigation after a resident’s house in Alkins Drive, Park Rynie, was burgled last Friday around midday.

The residents had left for work at 9am and arrived home at 2.20pm only to discover that their house had been ransacked.

It appears that the intruders gained entry into the premises after forcing open a sliding door.

Stolen items include a laptop, stun gun, torch, cellphones, jewellery and a large amount of money.

Investigations continue.
