Danish students inspire Port Shepstone Primary

Proudly South African: PSP pupils took great delight in showcasing their cultural dance and song routines with the visiting teenage delegation from Denmark.

PORT Shepstone Primary was proud to host a Danish delegation last Wednesday.

The teenage visitors hail from the Danish school Arhus Friskole and they were tasked with visiting various South African schools in Soweto, Underberg and Port Shepstone to learn about the country’s musical and dance cultures.

They performed various musical items and pupils proudly showcased their Zulu dance and song heritage.

The past few days have been particularly traumatic for the school. Two pupils sustained serious injuries when they were involved in a serious accident in the Shelly Beach area while travelling to school last Thursday.

PSP wishes Thabang Luthuli (gr 4A) and Luyanda Ngubane (gr 4D) a speedy recovery.
