Please support the Spiller’s Charity Shop

Claire Ellis, a volunteer at the charity shop.

THE volunteers at Spiller’s Charity Shop are very grateful to everyone for their generous donations, contributing to the success of the shop.

Elaine Steabler of Hibiscus Animal Welfare thanked the hard-working volunteers (who work in the shop and others) who, on a daily basis, distribute food to dogs and feral cats as well as trapping cats for sterilisation.

She also thanked the public and the South Coast Herald for its ongoing loyal support.

“We had a fairly good Christmas, but we are always in need of new stock,” she said.

Everything is welcome – clothing, linen, bric-a-brac, crockery and kitchenware, for example, but not books or electronic items.

You are welcome to drop off the items at their shop on the ground floor of Port Shepstone’s Spiller’s Wharf, or if you are unable to, they will be happy to collect.
