Marburg Secondary assists pupils

Jason Moonsamy, Megan Gcaba and Naish Nepaul were handsomely rewarded for hard work throughout 2014.

MARBURG Secondary has identified 10 pupils to receive a bursary towards their tertiary studies. The top 10 pupils from the class of 2014 were identified after final matric results were received and each one received R5 000 to help with tuition, accommodation or textbook expenses while they pursue a tertiary education.

The bursary is a part of the Tom Davison Bowness Bursary Trust Fund and will continue supporting high achievers financially for years to come. This will hopefully serve as an incentive to current grade 12 pupils to produce top results.
