Temporary teachers fill in at Izotsha

THERE was a smooth start to the second half of the school year at Izotsha Primary.

The school extends a warm welcome to Cathy Dickson who is teaching grade 3B and Leanne Buhr, grade 2W for the term in the absence of the regular teachers. A warm welcome also goes to Summaiya Kader, a UNISA student teacher, in the grade 7 classes.

Kai Hielckert (U13A KZN Coastals Hockey) attended an interprovincial hockey tournament in Potchefstroom and Reece du Toit (U13C KZN Coastals Hockey) attended a tournament at Hilton College during the holidays. Both boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves at their respective tournaments.

The school is extremely pleased with the new tarmac that was laid during the holidays. The netball players are certainly looking forward to using it.
