OPINION: ‘Cash reward offered for return of stolen goods’

DEAR Editor,-

There is a R2 000 cash reward on offer for the return of stolen items.

While on holiday in Port Edward, we were robbed of most of our valuables when criminals broke into the guest house on 8th Street at approximately 3.45am on Sunday, April 9, while we were asleep.

Items stolen are a black Huawei P9 lite; a white Samsung J1; a white Sony Experia E1; a denim handbag and brown wallet containing a driver’s licence and bank cards (surname Jugroop); a Visin wristwatch (blue face and black strap); a DC brand black cap (black american flag printed on); a black and blue Quiksilver wallet; a black Everest school bag with blue zips, and a black Police tactical torch.

Some of these items are of sentimental value and others contain important documents and information, hence the reward being offered.
