Port Shepstone Islamic School scores 96 percent pass rate

THE  Matric Class of 2016 at Port Shepstone Islamic School registered a 96 percent pass rate.

Mohammed Sohail Shaik attained three As and a distinction aggregate of 81 percent. He was closely followed by Zainab Mahomed and Sabiha Motala each of whom achieved four As .

Haseenah Engar and Muhammad Luqmaan Desai were not to be outdone with their three As. Saadia Madari, Muhammad Shakir Padia, Jamal Mohammed, Sulaiman Nakhooda and Shahid Anwar Shaik did well by pocketing two As a piece.

Fourth-four percent of the results achieved by the pupils was over 70 percent. The school acknowledges its dedicated teachers, committed board members  and supportive community for the continued success.
